About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 17, 2026, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Experience in home health care setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Shift: 9 hours, days
