About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting immediately in San Ramon, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Document all patient interactions and treatments accurately
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration with patients, families, and other healthcare providers
- Proficiency in using medical software and documentation systems

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
