Travel PT Home Health - $2,298 per week

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour day shifts
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No weekend rotation
• No on-call requirement

Responsibilities

• Provide home-health physical-therapy visits
• Attend periodic office meetings
• Document and travel between patient homes
• Cover 5–10 patients per day (≈ 6–8 points), totaling 30 points per week (points vary by visit type and activity)
• Types of cases: Start of Care and Follow-Ups
• Must have reliable transportation, current driver’s license, and agency-required liability insurance
• Territory: willing to travel up to 75 miles from home clinic; mileage reimbursed at IRS standard rate (compensation from patient home to patient home; first/last commute not billable)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 full year of adult home-health experience
• Recent home-health experience required (no first-time travelers)
• CPR and BLS certifications
