About the role
Assured Nursing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting August 10, 2026, in Spokane, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop treatment plans
- Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- At least one year of clinical experience in Home Health or related field
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems

Pay
The pay package is based on 9 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
