- Home Health setting
- Monday–Friday schedule
- 40 hours guaranteed
- One-on-one patient care
- Flexible, territory-based scheduling
- Treat orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, cardiac, and medically complex patients
- Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers
- Opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and families while helping them safely remain at home
