Travel PT Home Health - $2,346 per week

TalentBurst, Inc is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a travel job in Everett, Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health physical therapy services to patients in the Everett, Washington area
• Manage a caseload of 5–7 patients per day (please confirm during interview)
• Serve geriatric patient population
• Complete timely documentation and communication as required
• Travel within a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office

Requirements

• Specialty: Physical Therapist, Discipline: Therapy
• Home Health OASIS experience required
• EMR: HCHB
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required
• First-time travelers not accepted
• BLS certification required
• License in hand required
• No on-call requirement

Qualifications

• Traveler expected to be flexible with territory
• Dress code: Scrubs—any color, no jeans
• iPad provided (no personal cell phone required)

Pay

• Pay package based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation)
• Tax-free stipend amount to be determined
• Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
