Travel PT Home Health - $2,346 per week

About the role

Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week assignment in Lacey, Washington. This Home Health position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with optional weekend shifts, guaranteed 40 hours per week, and a caseload of 5-7 patients per day (confirm during interview). The role serves a geriatric population and requires travel within a territory up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in Home Health
• Active BLS certification
• Valid physical therapy license in hand
• Experience with HCHB (Home Care Home Base) EMR required
• OASIS experience required
• On-call required every 6th weekend
• Flexibility with territory and timely documentation/communication required

• First-time travelers not accepted

• Dress code: Scrubs in any color (no jeans)
