Job Summary
The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) nurse role involves providing high-quality patient care within an acute care setting, including post-cardiac catheterization procedures and critical patient monitoring. The position requires flexibility to float to medical-surgical units and intensive care units for PCU patient status only.

- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications
- Licensure to submit; minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU or telemetry
- Experience with post-cardiac catheterization patients is preferred
Additional Information
- Patient census: 21 beds
- Patient ratios: 1:4
- Experience with both PCU and telemetry care required
- Charting system: EPIC
- Channeling system: EPIC
- Unit designation: Level 3 trauma
- Up to 2 extra mandatory shifts per 6 weeks

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
