The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse in Sun City West, Arizona will provide high-quality nursing care in a specialized unit focused on patient stabilization, monitoring, and recovery. Required Qualifications

• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, preferably in a progressive care or similar unit

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification related to acute care nursing is a plus

• The RN is responsible for assessing physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, and discharge planning needs of patients.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
