About the role

Travel RN position in the PCU - Progressive Care Unit at a facility in Louisville, Kentucky. Assignment starts 09/21/2026, lasts 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts (days or nights).

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide patient and family education
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care
• Delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed staff
• Support mentoring and precepting initiatives
• Deliver safe, patient- and family-centered care focused on quality outcomes, teamwork, and evidence-based practice

Requirements

• 2+ years of acute care RN experience
• Nursing Diploma or ASN
• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
