Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Participate in patient rehabilitation and discharge planning, ensuring seamless communication among care providers.
• Provide supervision to ancillary nursing personnel, exhibit leadership in clinical decision‑making, and maintain safety standards.
• Engage in professional development activities and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Float rotation may be required.

Required Qualifications

• Valid BLS Certification prior to first shift.
• ACLS Certification required prior to first shift (CIRH only).
• Minimum two (2) years of bedside clinical experience (preferred).
