The Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Baltimore, Maryland involves providing specialized patient care within a dedicated unit that monitors and treats patients requiring intermediate levels of care. The position starts on August 17, 2026, with a contract length of 13 weeks, offering a day shift schedule with 12-hour shifts.
Job Details
- Schedule: 3x12 Days, 0700-1930, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid MD or Compact RN license
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Experience with charting systems such as Epic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in trauma level I or level II units (preferred)
- Prior community hospital or LTAC experience
Additional Information
- Manages ports, arterial lines, ventilated patients, central line care, chest tubes, cardiac monitoring, blood product administration, and various other clinical skills necessary for ICU/PCU settings

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
