Job Details
- Shift Time: Days
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (if applicable)
- At least 2 years of bedside clinical experience
- Valid nursing license in the state of New Jersey
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in progressive care or telemetry nursing
Responsibilities
- Performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission
- Creating and executing individualized care plans
- Participating in patient education
- Initiating discharge planning from the day of admission
- Ensuring effective communication among care team members
- Supervising ancillary nursing staff
- Maintaining compliance with safety standards
- Contributing to a positive team environment

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
