Job Requirements
- Valid state nursing license with verification dated within 30 days of start
- Specialty specific competency testing must be completed within a year
- Provide documentation of required immunizations and health screenings (Fit Test, COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine (optional), 2 Step PPD or IGRA, Varicella, Tdap)
- Complete Trinity Health required professional forms and background checks (Code of Conduct, I9, Confidentiality Agreement, Integrity and Audit Services Form, Non Employee Upload Form, Conflict of Interest Disclosure, Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, EPLS, GSA/OIG, Joint Commission Testing, NSO, System Access Form, Child and Adult Dependent Abuse Training for Iowa)
- Must have physical/health statement within last year indicating fitness to work
Schedule Information
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 (12.5 hours)
- Every third weekend required
- Holiday coverage required for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Day
