Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $1,821 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) assignment in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

About the Role

This 13-week travel assignment starts on July 27, 2026, with a schedule of 12-hour night shifts and a total of 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or Stepdown setting
• Manage cardiac/telemetry patients
• Perform IV insertion and central venous catheter (CVC) management
• Handle chest tube and Dobhoff tube (DHT) insertion/management
• Assist with tracheostomy care
• Conduct EKG monitoring and interpretation
• Manage Foley catheters
• Promote early patient mobility

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• Experience in PCU, Stepdown, or critical care
• Cardiac/telemetry experience

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
