Travel Progressive Care Unit RN - $1,815 per week

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients with varied medical conditions, both acute and chronic. The position offers an opportunity to develop skills across a broad spectrum of medical issues while working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions in a Progressive Care Unit.
• Work in a 345-bed unit with a diverse patient population, including large cardiac cases, telemetry, and progressive care patients.
• Participate in float rotation as required.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 1-year current acute care PCU experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.

Qualifications

• Prior Meditech EMR experience (preferred).
• Chemo Certification or ability to schedule on Oncology unit (preferred).

Schedule

• Day shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Duration: 13 weeks, starting 09/14/2026.

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
