About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate patient health status and needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Cookout with healthcare team members to optimize care delivery.
  • Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements

  • Valid Registered Nurse License in Pennsylvania.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
