Travel RN‑PCU assignment at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY, providing progressive care in a fast‑paced acute‑care hospital serving the capital region.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop care plans
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Document all care activities in the Epic electronic medical record (EMR) system

Requirements

• Active RN license in the State of New York
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years recent neuro‑progressive or stepdown (PCU) experience
• BLS‑AHA certification required (ACLS referenced)
• No employment gaps exceeding 0 days in the past 12 months
• One professional reference from a manager or supervisor within the last 12 months
• Work history must be current and include trauma levels on each entry
• SSN and date of birth required for processing

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Additional neuro progressive care experience

Pay

Pay range: $2,228.00 – $2,342.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend to be determined).

Schedule
