About the role

Travel RN PCU/Stepdown assignment in Greenville, South Carolina. Start date: ASAP (also listed as 9/21/2026). Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. Located in the Upstate area of Greenville, known for its tree‑lined downtown, revitalized city center, higher education community, and performing arts scene.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient management
• Identify irregular telemetry readings
• Monitor specialized equipment
• Document patient care in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Valid South Carolina RN or Compact RN license
• 2‑3 years of recent telemetry or stepdown experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Current National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification

Skills

• Proficiency in electrocardiogram (ECG) interpretation
• Rapid response to adverse symptoms
• IV therapy competence
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with telemetry protocols
• Familiarity with EMR systems

Pay

Pay rate: $1,922.00 – $2,021.00 per week (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week; tax‑free stipend amount to be determined).
