Travel Progressive Care RN - $1,853 per week

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Fort Myers, Florida. The assignment is a 13‑week travel contract starting December 4, 2026, with 36 hours per week on 12‑hour shifts. The role is based in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 36‑bed unit specializing in orthopedic spine cases.
• Monitor and manage patient ratios of 4 to 6:1, ensuring quality care.
• Float to other units or campuses as required, integrating seamlessly with core staff.
• Follow EMR procedures using Epic software.
• Adhere to all safety and clinical protocols with a focus on culture and teamwork.

Requirements

• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Minimum 2 years of PCU experience
• Prior travel experience preferred
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or 5 years of acute care experience

Pay

Pay range: $1,773.47 – $1,862.14 (based on 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week).
