Travel Progressive Care RN - $1,835 per week

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Medical Step Down Unit. The unit has a capacity of 16-20 beds with a patient to nurse ratio of 1 to 4. You will provide care for patients with various complex medical conditions including: Sepsis, Heart Failure, Hypertensive Emergency, Respiratory Failure, COPD, Chronic Kidney Disease, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Substance Abuse, Status Epilepticus, Encephalopathy.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care
• Administer medication
• Maintain patient conditions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team
• Ensure patient safety and comfort

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a similar setting
• Current RN license
• ACLS and BLS certifications required

Pay & Schedule

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
