Travel PPV Occup Therap/27/HCD267

Full-time position delivering skilled rehabilitative therapy services across multiple counties, supporting patient independence, functional mobility, and safety in the home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive OT evaluations, treatments, and patient/caregiver education.
• Develop and update individualized therapy plans of care.
• Document all visits accurately and timely in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient progress and care coordination.
• Travel throughout Robeson, Cumberland, and Hoke Counties to complete scheduled visits.
• Meet productivity expectations of 30 points per week.
• Maintain compliance with agency policies, safety standards, and professional guidelines.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• No on-call or weekend shifts
• Mileage reimbursed between visits (first patient → last patient)

Coverage Area

• Robeson County
• Cumberland County
• Hoke County

Requirements

• Active OT degree and licensure in North Carolina
• Home health experience required
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Dress Code

Navy, white, or khaki scrubs.

Pay

$50 per hour
