Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care using the nursing process
• Assess and plan for maternal and newborn needs
• Document in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license (Compact accepted)
• Associate degree or diploma in nursing
• At least one year of RN experience or completion of an RN residency program
• Maternal/Newborn, Mother/Baby, or Couplet Care RN experience is strongly preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) required before independent patient care
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification must be obtained within 90 days
• 1 reference in entire work history

Pay & Schedule

Pay rate: $1424.00 - $1497.00 per week, based on 12-hour night shifts and 36 hours per week. Duration: 17 weeks, with start date of 9/14/2026. Tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
