About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Post Partum for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026, in Thornton, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide post-partum care to patients
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
- Monitor patient health and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Perform routine patient assessments and document findings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Colorado
- Experience in post-partum care preferred
- Knowledge of post-partum patient care protocols and standards
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN
- Current CPR certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay
