Travel Polysomnographer - $2,255 per week

About the role

A Polysomnographer position is available in a healthcare setting focused on sleep disorder diagnostics. This role involves performing patient set-ups for overnight sleep testing, recording polysomnographic (PSG) and video recordings of sleep activity for diagnostic evaluation, and coordinating with the Sleep Center team to ensure accurate testing procedures.

Location: Albany, Oregon. Start Date: 11/09/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Employment Type: Travel. Hours: 36 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient set-ups for overnight sleep testing
• Record polysomnographic (PSG) and video recordings of sleep activity for diagnostic evaluation
• Coordinate with the Sleep Center team to ensure accurate testing procedures

Requirements

• Graduate from an American Medical Association (AMA) approved college program or one (1) year experience in polysomnography, neurodiagnostics, or respiratory therapy
• Unencumbered Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist (PSGT) License
• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) through the BRPT
• Healthcare Provider BLS certification

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
