Travel PICU RN - $2,641 per week

About the role

Jackson Nurse Professionals is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a 13-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, at a hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for critically ill pediatric patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor vital signs and administer medications as necessary
• Document patient progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• 2 years of recent experience in PICU
• Current BLS certification (certifications vary by location)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid driver's license
• Background check and drug screen required

Qualifications

• 2 years of recent experience in area of specialty listed on job
• Current BLS required (certifications vary by location – job may require ACLS)
• Valid license and/or certification in state of practice
• Valid Driver's License
• Background and drug screen

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
