About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Atlanta, Georgia.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for critically ill pediatric patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to supervising nurses
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient progress and communicate with families and referring physicians
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in pediatric intensive care preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Knowledge of pediatric care protocols

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
36 hours per week, 12 hours shifts, nights.
