About the role

Travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) responsible for supporting patient recovery in home health settings under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients recovering from injuries or illness to improve mobility and well‑being.
• Work within a designated coverage area, providing therapy services and ensuring patient progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and health protocols.
• Travel between patient locations, with mileage reimbursement.
• Provide therapy sessions Monday to Friday during standard working hours.
• Collaborate with licensed therapists and healthcare teams.
• Ensure quality patient care and progress tracking.
• Travel within assigned counties to deliver therapy services.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon PTA license and active state license required.
• Home health experience.

Skills

• CPR certification.
• BLS certification may be required.
