About the role
Travel Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) providing therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients recovering from injuries or illnesses to improve mobility, reduce pain, and maintain activity levels.
- Work in diverse healthcare settings, supporting patient progress and adhering to treatment plans.
- Implement treatment plans, monitor patient responses, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license.
- BLS certification (may be required).
