Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant in O'Fallon, Missouri.

About the role

A Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) is sought for a 13-week travel assignment. This role involves providing rehabilitative care to patients, supporting their recovery and functional independence in a dedicated healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered therapy within a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures, including SOPs and clinical guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy.
• Valid state license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• Submission of relevant certifications and license documentation upon application.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with elderly patient populations.
• Familiarity with rehabilitation protocols specific to SNF settings.

Schedule

• 13 weeks duration.
• Day shifts, 8 hours per day.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
