Role & Responsibilities
- Provide home health physical therapy services in a home setting within the Portsmouth-Kittery area.
- Manage a weekly productivity expectation of 30 units.
- Utilize EMR systems such as HCHB and PointCare.
- Travel approximately 150 miles weekly across designated territory.
- Assist patients with rehabilitation and recovery needs, ensuring quality care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience.
- Strong understanding of home health protocols and EMR systems.
- Ability to travel and manage a flexible schedule.
