Role & Responsibilities

• Aid licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Implement and document treatment plans
• Support patient recovery through therapeutic exercises and interventions
• Ensure patient safety and compliance with protocols

Qualifications & Skills

• Relevant licensure or certification
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Collaborative working ability in a healthcare team
• Prior experience in physical therapy settings preferred

Key Duties

• Monitor daily therapy sessions
• Observe and document patient responses and progress
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff
