Key Highlights Weekly pay: $1,711–$1,771 per week Guaranteed hours: 35 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 days, 08:00–16:30 Start date: 11/16/2026 Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility LTAC travel assignment Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services under supervision, following the plan of care developed by the supervising PT Implement and adjust treatments for LTAC patients, including gait training, range of motion, strength, and activities of daily living Monitor patient progress, document responses to treatment, and communicate updates to the PT and interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate documentation in the patient record and ensure compliance with regulatory and facility policies Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and home exercise programs; promote patient-centered care and empowerment Participate in rounds and care coordination with the nursing, therapy, and rehabilitation teams; assist with equipment maintenance and infection control Requirements Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain licensure per state requirements LTAC or skilled nursing setting experience preferred Availability to start on 11/16/2026 and commit to a 13-week travel assignment Ability to work the shift of 08:00–16:30 with guaranteed 35 hours per week Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative skills for interdisciplinary care Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Credentialing and onboarding assistance Access to ongoing travel opportunities through a national network Find more opportunities Interested in other travel therapy roles?
