Travel Physical Therapy Assistant Home Health - $1,694 per week

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a 8-week assignment starting on August 31, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
• Provide hands-on care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the necessary support and rehabilitation.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARCC.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a current licensed, registered, or certified Physical Therapy Assistant position in the state of practice.

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of home health care practices and regulations.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
