About the role
Make a real difference as a travel PTA with Jackson Therapy Partners! You’ll work with patients recovering from injuries or illness, helping them move better, feel better, and stay active—under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
Assignment Details

- Duration: 13 weeks
- Shift hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Schedule: 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
- Weekend/on-call requirement: If available, if need arises
- Coverage area: Entire care center coverage area
- Employment Type: Travel
Requirements
- Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- PTA license
- Previous HH and HCHB experience

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Lake End Park sits within Morgan City and offers waterfront access, while the Atchafalaya Basin, the largest river swamp in the United States, is directly adjacent to the area for fishing, boating, and wildlife viewing. The International Petroleum Museum is located in Morgan City, and downtown is about 70 miles from Lafayette for additional dining, arts, and regional events. Travelers can also reach Cypremort Point State Park in about 40 miles for Gulf Coast views and beach access, making the area a fit for those who prefer a quieter coastal setting with day-trip options.
