Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $848 per week

About the role

TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Baltimore, Maryland. The position will work 30 hours per week, 10 hours per day shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in patient care activities
• Perform routine tasks such as preparing treatment areas, assisting patients with mobility, and maintaining equipment
• Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements

• BLS certification
• One year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques and procedures

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail
