Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed as a PTA by the state of practice, with 2-3 years of experience under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Current CPR certification
- Familiarity with general use and functions of the computer such as internet, email, and navigation of computer desktops.
- Effective self-management of online human resources services and training programs.
Additional Information
- Contract duration: 13 weeks
- Candidate will visit patients in care facilities or only in patients' homes.
- Must have reliable transportation, current drivers license, and agency-required liability insurance.
- Weekly productivity expectation: 32 units
- Travel distance: 30 to 40 miles per day, totaling approximately 250 miles weekly.
- EMR systems used include HomeCare HomeBase, Oasis, and Outlook.
- Float rotation may be required.

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
