American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a Home Health contract assignment in Augusta, Georgia. Start Date: ASAP. Duration: 13 weeks. 40 hours per week. Shift: 8 hours. Employment Type: Travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PTA
• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Willingness to obtain STATE licensure
