Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)
• Experience with OASIS for staff completing Start of Care
• License in hand
• No first-time travelers accepted
• BLS certification required
• Active driver's license and personal transportation necessary

Additional experience

Past experience in outpatient clinics, rehabilitation hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and with procedures such as total joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and post-stroke rehabilitation.

Schedule & expectations

• Dayshift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Timely documentation and communication are mandatory
• Flexibility with territory required
• RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted at application
• On-call rotation may be required
• Must be prepared for Monday orientation
