About the Role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Santa Clara, California. This contract/travel role offers the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care with potential to extend. Assignments typically last 13 weeks, and this position requires a commitment of 35 hours per week on a 12-hour day shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy assistance to patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 35 hours per week, including hourly wages and tax-free stipends for meal, incidental, and housing expenses. Estimated weekly payments are subject to change until a formal offer is made and accepted. Benefits such as medical, dental, and vision are in addition to the weekly pay.
