About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Republic, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions.
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for infection control and patient care.
Requirements
- Current state license and minimum of one year's experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or equivalent certification.
- Pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Other requirements may vary based on the client facility.
