About the role

We’re seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in a skilled nursing facility on a 13-week travel contract. The role starts as soon as possible, with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week). Day One medical benefits are available.

Responsibilities

• Assists Physical Therapists in directing patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce, and enhance performance.
• Facilitates the learning of skills and functions essential for adaptation and productivity.
• Diminishes or corrects pathology and promotes and maintains health.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice (Massachusetts).
• Current BLS certification.

Pay

Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, including a tax-free stipend (amount to be determined).
