Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an Accredited School
- CAPT Certified
- 1+ Year of Outpatient Clinical Experience
- CPR Certification

Additional Information
- Implements treatment goals, plans, and programs as established by the Physical Therapist
- Affirms therapeutic interventions such as posture training, strengthening exercises, balance exercises, and functional skills training
- Trains patients in gait and assistive device use, demonstrates modality applications, monitors patient responses, and documents progress
- Ensures safety in all procedures, maintains a clean treatment area, and adheres to all safety, infection control, and facility policies
- Demonstrates excellent customer service attitude toward patients, visitors, and staff
- Participates in team conferences and special projects to enhance patient care quality
