Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant for a 12-week travel job in Manteo, North Carolina. The position is scheduled 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, and works days.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Administer treatments as directed by a licensed physical therapist
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CPR certification
• Completion of a recognized physical therapy assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant

Qualifications

• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and anatomy
