Requirements
- Current resume
- Active or pending state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant (or equivalent compact license)
- Current BLS and/or specialty certifications for PTA
- At least 2 years of recent PTA experience
- Two current leadership references and one current co‑worker reference
- Ability to pass background and urine drug screening
