Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,625 per week

About the role

SkyBridge Healthcare Therapy is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Plainfield, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed physical therapists in providing patient care
• Perform therapeutic exercises under supervision
• Help maintain patient records and documentation
• Support patients with mobility and rehabilitation activities

Requirements

• Active therapy state license and corresponding education credentials
• New grads and those with 2+ years of relevant experience are welcome

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a physical therapy assistant program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
