About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment starting September 14, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their mobility and strength.
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in medical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant in the state of Hawaii.
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Experience in SNF setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Days shift, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
