About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week contract starting ASAP in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Assist patients with exercises and activities to improve their physical function.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Active Physical Therapist Assistant License in Utah.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for documentation.
Pay
Weekly Gross: $1,580.00
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
