About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapy Assistant for a 13-week assignment in Federal Way, Washington.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
- Assist in patient care activities including but not limited to patient positioning, mobility, and exercise.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
Requirements
- Current state license and at least one year of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program or equivalent certification.
- Pass the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE).
- Other requirements may vary based on the client facility.
Qualifications
Must be able to work flexible hours and travel to various locations as needed.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
