Travel Physical Therapy Assistant - $1,576 per week

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. Ideal candidates should possess experience in SNF environments and familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima) systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy assistance under the supervision of licensed physical therapists.
• Assist patients with exercises and treatments as directed by physical therapists.
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions using NetHealth (Rehab Optima).
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during all procedures.

Requirements

• Current and active California license required.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) preferred.
• Keen understanding of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in NetHealth (Rehab Optima) system.

Pay

The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

This is a 13-week contract position. Day shift available.
